We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with two of Sedona's most experienced and well
respected Reiki practitioners: Laurelle Gaia and Michael Baird, owners of Reiki
Center of Sedona and Peace Place Gifts. They each have over 20 years of
personal Reiki training and experience. Reiki Center of Sedona is a member
of the Sedona Chamber of Commerce.
About Reiki
A beautiful characteristic of Reiki (ray-key) is that it has the ability to harmonize energies. This subtle energy system is composed of energy 'bodies' which surround our physical body and assist us in processing our thoughts and emotions.
The energy bodies have energy centers called chakras, which work somewhat like valves that allow life force to circulate through the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. We also have energy meridians and nadas. These are like rivers, or streams, which carry our life force energy throughout our physical body, to nourish us and assist in balancing our body’s systems and functions.
One thing that disrupts and weakens the flow of life force energy is stress. Stress is often caused by conflicting thoughts and feelings that get lodged in one's subtle energy system.
Reiki restores energy balance and vitality by relieving the physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress. It gently and effectively opens blocked meridians, nadas and chakras, and clears the energy bodies, leaving one feeling relaxed and at peace.
Anyone can learn to tap into an unlimited supply of 'life force energy' to improve health and enhance the quality of life by learning Reiki, or by receiving treatments from a Reiki Practitioner or Master.

1 Hour Reiki (Session A)
Reiki is a holistic
healing art for stress reduction, relaxation and spiritual growth. It is
a method of amplifying our inner healing light, which is known as ki.
Healthy ki nourishes our physical body, and helps to balance our mental
and emotional energy. Many people also find that Reiki is a form of
Divine healing love which helps them deepen their awareness of their
innate spirituality. Reiki is rapidly being shared around the world and
uniting people from all religions and cultures in joy, peace and

Reiki with Drumming or Crystals (Session B)
Enjoy Reiki with a gifted Reiki Master who is trained to facilitate transformational Reiki Drumming and/or Reiki Crystal healing sessions. Reiki Drumming affects the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies simultaneously, helping to bring them into harmony while raising the vibratory rate to levels which may allow the body to accelerate its innate healing abilities. Drumming reminds our body of its ideal vibratory rate, which is in harmony with the pulse of the earth and the Universal flow of creation. We connect directly with the Heart and the Mind of the Divine when we access Reiki energy. Drumming is also a way to align with the Divine, as has been experienced since ancient times, through native spiritual healing practices. Reiki 1 & II (2 Day Basic Reiki
Classes)
Learn what Reiki is, how it heals, and the new historical discoveries. In class you will review the traditional Reiki hand positions used in a Reiki session for yourself and others. You will also practice Usui Sensei's intuitive method of hand placement which can enhance your confidence in your intuition or inner guidance. This class is facilitated by
licensed, experienced, Reiki Master Teachers.
Length: 2 consecutive days; 9:00 am to 6 pm each day | Tuition: $350.00 non-refundable deposit of $150 reserves your space ($200 balance due at class). Class deposits may be transferred to future classes within one year.
